LED Floodlights operate efficiently and save power but also reduce maintenance and service costs as a result of their long life. Conventional floodlights require frequent lamp replacement and routinely need
service during critical work periods. LED Floodlights will help save costs and increase efficiency by
ensuring that work will never be stopped due to missing, broken, or burned out bulbs.
Since LED Floodlights are not vibration sensitive nor do they have a light source that requires replacement,
an extremely long life cycle is guaranteed. Additionally, LED Floodlights operate at a fraction of the
temperature that conventional floodlights do and, therefore, are much safer to work with.
Our Floodlights are manufactured using the newest and most up to date components available. The LED
Floodlights use ceramic base and chip technology and drivers are rubber mounted to vibration resistant
housings. All fasteners, rings, and nuts, including the bracket, are made of high-quality marine grade A4
316 stainless steel. Floodlights are available in a variety of wattages from 10-80 watts, the halogen
equivalent of 50-700 watts.
A special ventilating gland is used in our manufacturing process to ensure that the air pressure inside the
LED Floodlight housing will always be the same as the surrounding environment. This prevents fogging on
both the inside and outside of the glass due to temperature differences.
The attractive grey or white finish is achieved by using a double powder coat process, which eliminates the
potential for corrosion from harsh or saltwater environments. All gaskets are specially designed and
manufactured for use in harsh environments, and are saltwater, oil, and lubricant resistant.
